High Hopes

I am now a fan of Amazon. Well, strictly speaking I've been a fan of Amazon for some time. On-line shopping near perfected. I started a wish-list, as I find myself wanting things but lacking a means of income to support the purchasing of these things. Only when I had finished compiling it did I realise that of the seven items on my wish-list, one is a duplicate, two are yet to be released and four of them are textbooks on programming and development. What happened to me? When did textbooks become my number one item of yearning?

So, I've been told I never mentioned what exercise plan I was following. It's Hundred Push Ups. As the name implies, the goal is to achieve one hundred push-ups in six weeks. I fully intend on seeing it through, although most people I've mentioned it to so far have told me that its silly and pointless. That it'll only build muscle in my arm and if I want to actually get fit I'd need to do some proper cross training. That may be so, though I'm not going to drop it. I want to prove to myself that I can do this. After all, if I can't last six weeks of push-ups how could I stick to any other regime?

  1. I tried to do a push up :/ I have the up part going well, the going down part I collapse on my face. Andrew told me to just keep myself up as if I'm going to do a pushup, I can feel it working on my tummy its great, I only last about 40 seconds but it might help me be able to in time to 1% of your goal while giving me an epic flat tummy.
